What’s included in online coaching?

Online coaching includes a structured training plan, video feedback, messaging support, and regular check-ins — depending on your chosen tier. You also get optional guidance on nutrition, recovery, and form.

Can I switch between plans later on?

Absolutely. You can move up or down a tier at the end of any month. Life and goals change — your coaching plan can too.

Do I need a gym for online coaching?

Not necessarily. Your plan can be built around gym access, home workouts, or even outdoor sessions using minimal equipment. Just let me know what you have available.
